If a resubmission was requested from you, that means the assignment could not be seen. If Edmodo is down, please be patient & check my blog for further help. Edmodo is being used nationwide & the servers may crash. As always let me, Ms. Gantek, or Ms. Gingles know if you need help. Good afternoon, Per Cobb County School District, the decision has been made to conduct online learning for all students. 7th Grade Social Studies has collaboratively created an Edmodo for all students. Additionally, the Floyd Middle School Website will have various resources posted. Note: The Edmodo will say Kelly Gantek but do understand that the Edmodo is for all 7th grade social studies students. Students will be sent home with packets today to work on. Other various assignments & instructions will be uploaded to Edmodo as the time progresses. If a student loses their copy of their work, extras will be posted on the Edmodo. Students had the opportunity to log into Edmodo today, and add the class to their Edmodo page. However, if a student did not have this opportunity, students will need to enter the following class code: utxdut Attached to this post is a digital learning information sheet that contains very important information. The sheet will show parents & students how to access Edmodo, access the online textbook and how to turn in assignments via Office365. Students must log in to Edmodo and complete their daily work and submit via Office365 by the due date listed. Students may also turn work in via Edmodo. Student grades will be updated throughout the online learning period, so staying on top of assignments is vital. Additionally, all 3 social studies teachers (Ms. White, Ms. Gantek & Ms. Gingles) will be available for online office hours during the following times Monday-Friday:
As always, feel free to email any of the 3 teachers with any questions or concerns you may have. We appreciate your patience throughout this new, exciting online learning experience. Kind Regards, Olivia White Kelly Gantek Martha Gingles
